  • Joined in Sep 2023 to lead the manufacturing and retail sales department as Sales Director.
  • Previous professional role highlights: 25 years' experience in multiple leadership roles in Microsoft and AWS.
  • Biggest personal win: Wife and Father of 1 kid and 1 cat. My Hobbies are riding motorcycle and lure fishing in mountain streams.
  • Who they are hoping to find in this search: I am looking for skilled person with solution selling. Experience of high touch sales and collaboration with partner are really important.
 
Your Role
東海地域製造業中心大手顧客との関係において新規ビジネスを開拓し、その顧客内の新しい部門や組織にアプローチしビジネスの拡大に責任を持ちます。技術部門、マーケティング部門、サポート部門と連携し、営業成績の目標達成に向け活動していきます。
  • ハイタッチセールスとして、直接エンドユーザーにアプローチをし、新規顧客の獲得とビジネスの拡大を担う
  • SIパートナーを通じて販売機会を開拓するため、担当パートナー内の新しい部門や組織に入り込み、新しい販売関係を構築・開拓する
  • 見込み客とのセールスコールのアポイントメントを取り出席する
  • 見込み客とビジネス上の問題について話し合い、ビジネスニーズに対応した見積書、販売提案書の作成、またプレゼンテーションを実施する
  • RFPに対応し、見込み客のフォローアップを行う
  • 顧客のビジネスニーズに基づき、アカウントプランを作成する
  • 既存顧客と新しい見込み顧客とのビジネス関係を構築し強化する
  • マーケティング戦略を提案する
  • パイプラインのステータスをマネージャーにレポートする
  • 顧客に対するトレーニングの機会の提供、または促進する
  • Nutanixのソリューションを改善するために、製品に関するフィードバックをエンジニアリングチームに提供する
What You Will Bring
  • ハイタッチセールスとしてCxOなどのエグゼクティブ層も含め顧客先と自らリレーションを構築していける方
  • 口頭および書面による強力なプレゼンテーション能力・提案力、並びにコミュニケーション能力を有していること
  • 東海地域大手企業に対する顧客理解・業務理解があること
  • 高いフォーキャストマネジメント能力と責任を持っていること（SFDCやその他CRMソフトウェアを活用できること）
  • 営業部門、およびマーケティング、セールスオペレーション、システムエンジニアリング、製品開発などの各部門の社員とスムーズにコラボレーションできること
  • Nutanixのソリューションがどのようにビジネス上の問題を解決しているか、また競合状況を理解する適性をお持ちの方
  • 連続した複数年において、営業ノルマを超過した実績があること
  • 5年以上のITソリューション営業の経験
  • 学士号または同等の資格や経験

Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
